Digital products are delivered from our distributor, Bookfunnel, by email immediately after purchase. Look for an email from help@bookfunnel.com with the link(s) to download your e-book(s) Please check spam or junk if you did not receive it.

Fill out the form and they will respond within 24 hours and can even walk you through the process step-by-step.

Alternatively, you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login name to see all the books you've purchased.

If you have any trouble, click the help link at the top of the BookFunnel page and they will be happy to help. You will need to enter the email you placed the order under in order to retrieve your purchase.

We provide free shipping to subscribers within the United States and do our best to ship within 48. All other orders pay shipping based on order.
